A two-component chemical glue is a fast-curing system consisting of a two-chamber capsule placed in a plastic bottle with a static mixer. This package design allows automatic mixing of the components. In this way, you get a mixture with constant quality. Chemical glue is the safest way to attach loads to concrete and other surfaces. In combination with a stud, a very strong and secure grip is obtained. In order to install the stud correctly, we clean the made hole of dust and drilling residues. Then, with the help of a pistol, we insert the two-component chemistry into the hole, filling it to 70%. With a rotating movement, we insert the stud to the desired position. After it is hardened we have a stable fastener. The advantages of chemical anchors over ordinary anchors are: the fastening withstands much higher pressures; the whole hole is filled (sealed), which prevents the soaking of water into the concrete; does not deform; not affected by external weather conditions.
