WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Curbside pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free 3 to 5 days shipping on Free of charge on all orders within the London (M25) Area.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
To ensure next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1 pm.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

HOW WE DELIVER?
Our deliveries are made by dropside van equipt with a special crane. Our driver is on his own, so sometimes he might need additional help to deliver the goods. For oversized products, 2 - 6 people might be required. We will not accept liability for broken skylights during the unloading process, as it is up to the customer to organise this process. If the customer does not attend the delivery appointment or no one is there to accept your product, we will try and contact you via phone and text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address. If no contact is made, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse.
