In-Store Pickup
All purchases can be picked up curbside. Pickups are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free 1- 2 day shipping on all orders within the London (M25) Area and surrounding postcodes.
Expedited Shipping Fees
Outside of the free shipping area, a shipping fee applies
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
To ensure 1-2 days delivery after dispatch, orders must be placed by 11 am.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
HOW WE DELIVER?
Our deliveries are made by a dropside van equipped with a special trolley, which is really helpful in moving the glass around the site. Our driver is alone, so sometimes he might need additional help to deliver the goods. For oversized products, 2 - 6 people might be required. We will not accept liability for broken skylights during the unloading process, as it is up to the customer to organise this process. If the customer does not attend the delivery appointment or no one is there to accept your product, we will try to contact you via phone, text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address. If no contact is made, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse.
